CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must be confirmed in writing (email). Please ensure we receive it. If canceled 8 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations made 7 days or less before the date of stay will retain the deposit.
SPECIAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
For stays of 5 nights or less, but for multiple rooms during high/very high season: the 30% deposit is retained if canceled 30 days prior to the date of stay.

In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation is due. For shortened stays, the full amount of the reservation is due. 
It is the guest&#039;s responsibility to purchase insurance to recover the retained deposit fees for any cancellation due to illness or other reasons.

The tourist tax: €0.85/day/person is never included in the rate.
