Keys are delivered at Agencia Apartamentalia, a few streets away from the apartment, during office hours, free of charge: Schedule: January–May and Sept 15–Dec 31: Mon–Fri 10:00–13:30 and 16:00–18:00 June–Sept 14: Mon–Fri 10:00–13:30 / 17:00–19:00 Saturdays 10:00–13:30 July and August: Mon–Sat 10:00–13:30 and 17:00–19:00. Sundays 10:00–13:00 For collection outside office hours, extra charges apply, between €36–43 depending on day of arrival and season, for arrivals before 00:00. Night arrivals after 00:00, €50. Fees must be paid directly to the agency. Possibility of collecting the keys free of charge from coded boxes depending on agency availability (only if boxes are free), with only one simple set of keys without remote control (as it does not fit in the box). This cannot be guaranteed or confirmed until the end of the agency’s business day, on the same day of arrival. Entries on Saturdays or Sundays are subject to coordination from Friday at the latest and subject to agency hours, applying the same conditions for key delivery outside agency hours as mentioned above. Security and Privacy System: The property is equipped with photo detectors integrated into the alarm system, fitted with a privacy cover that keeps the lens covered during the stay. These devices are part of the property’s security system and their purpose is solely to manage alarm triggers and ensure the security of the property. The system is configured in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
