• Smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment and building; this includes e-cigarettes, vaporizers, cannabis, and shisha. If smoking occurs in the apartment, we will charge a cleaning fee of €250 plus the cost of any necessary repairs. • Only the persons listed in the booking may stay overnight. We charge €30 per night for each additional, unregistered guest. • Pets are not allowed. If the apartment is used with a pet despite this rule, we will charge a special cleaning fee starting at €150. • Any commercial use—such as photo, video, or advertising shoots, workshops, courses, seminars, or events—is permitted only with our prior written consent. Without such permission, we will charge a usage fee of €500 per day (or part thereof) in addition to the accommodation rate. • Parties and celebrations are not permitted. In the event of a violation, we will charge for any actual resulting costs, subject to a minimum special cleaning fee of €150.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
