This is a personal check-in property. A greeter will meet you at the apartment and hand over the keys. There is a strict no-smoking policy on the property. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking fee of 200 EUR.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
