In order to ensure maximum comfort for all our guests and respect for the neighbors, we kindly ask you to comply with the following rules: All persons over 16 years of age staying at the property must complete the online check-in prior to arrival at the property. Upon arrival, you will be asked to show proof of identity for verification purposes. At least one adult over the age of 25 must be staying in the property. Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation. No parties or events are allowed. Pets are not allowed. The time when the volume must be kept low is between 23h and 9h. Also, the day of departure (preferably the night before to avoid possible sanctions from the police) we will be grateful if you deposit the organic garbage in the public containers. Late arrival rate between 22h and 24h: 50€ Late arrival rate between 24h and 2am: 100€ For arrivals after 2am, please contact us. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
