A flat rate for final cleaning of €95.00 will be charged once in addition to the overnight price, regardless of the length of stay. This fee is included in the total price.
The local tourist tax for Timmendorfer Strand is €2.00 (off-season, October 1st to April 30th) and €3.50 (peak season, May 1st to September 30th) per guest (18 years and older) per night. This tax is payable in advance by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival.
For your added comfort, we provide all guests with fresh linen packages, consisting of complete bed linens, two pillows with sheets, three hand towels, and a beach towel. These packages are mandatory and are charged at €25.00 per person per stay.
