Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
Arrivals after 20:00 carry a EUR 25 surcharge. All requests to arrive later than usual are subject to confirmation by the accommodation. You must notify in advance if you are accompanied by pets that in no case will exceed 10kg in weight nor will they be considered potentially dangerous. -Reservations include electricity consumption up to 20 kWh (4 EUR at current price) per day and water consumption up to 1 EUR per day. Additional consumption will be charged to the guest.
-On arrival you will have to pay a deposit equivalent to 15 EUR for each night of stay in cash or Bizum on account of the consumption of supplies. I will return it to you deducting the excess consumption of supplies or in full if there was no excess before you leave.
