The villa consists of two completely separate flats or floors, which are not connected internally. The only access between the two floors is via the external stairs located next to the swimming pool. 🔹 Opening of the lower apartment: The ground floor apartment will only be made available when the booking is for more than 4 people. If the number of guests included in the booking is less than 4, the opening of the lower apartment will incur an additional supplement, the amount of which must be checked with the owner in advance. 🔹 Maximum occupancy: The number of occupants of the villa will be as stated in the booking and will be verified during check-in. No more people than the number of places booked are allowed to stay, and in the event of non-compliance, an additional charge per person per day will be applied.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
