Please note that air conditioner is available for a PLN 35 surcharge per night. We will additionally charge a RETURNABLE DEPOSIT for damages on site in the amount of 300 PLN by bank transfer to the account of the Owner of the apartment. If any deficiencies or damages are not reported, and after the Guest's departure, the Owner notices additional damages/missing equipment, the total costs will be borne by the Guest. Repair/repair costs will be deducted from the deposit paid. Full refund of the deposit is made by bank transfer up to 7 days after the Guest's check-out. Additionally, a tourist tax is charged on site (6,20 PLN/day/person).Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
