Please note that the apartments are spread across different blocks of Rohini but all check-in and key collection will take place in our office at: C4/43 Sector 11 Rohini (between 9 am to 8 pm) unless specified otherwise, where guests will be provided directions to their allotted apartment & other helpful information. Luggage can also be left here in case of early arrival. A prior appointment needs to be scheduled in order to check-in outside office hours using the contact details found on your booking confirmation and may be subject to an additional fee. Please note that if the Property cannot get pre-authorisation on the guest's credit card or if payment is not received as per agreed Cancellation Policy, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking without any notice.
