This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company. * A ‘Cleaning’ security deposit, payable only by bank card (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable depending on the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If all cleaning tasks have not been completed fully or correctly, the cleaning deposit will be retained. * Tourist tax by remote bank card, bank transfer or cheque. * Optional services.
