- Bed linen and towels are not included. They can be rented at our office. - Keys must be collected from our office at: Avda. de la Pau, 32, Platja d'Aro, 17250. - End-of-stay cleaning is optional. Guests may either clean the accommodation before departure or request an additional cleaning service for an extra charge through the agency. - If the accommodation does not include Wi-Fi, we offer the option to rent a Wi-Fi device on a daily basis. - If pets are allowed at the accommodation, please let us know in advance, as an additional fee applies. - A refundable cash security deposit is required: €250 for apartments and €350 for houses. - The tourist tax is not included in the price. It is charged at €1.93 per person (aged 16 and over) per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. - The security deposit will be refunded in cash upon check-out. To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests, reservations for groups of young people are not accepted. The person making the reservation must be one of the guests and must stay at the property for the entire duration of the booking. Reservations made on behalf of third parties, or for guests not listed in the reservation, cannot be accepted. In addition, groups whose purpose is to hold parties, events, or gatherings at the property are not permitted.
