1. Pool and Jacuzzi access is included. However, since not every guest uses them, we chose to make the pool heating fee a $75/night flat rate as an optional add on.
2. Smoking is NOT allowed - $1000 fine if violated.
3. Approved day guests are subject to a $25/person per day, with a maximum occupancy of 20 including those that are staying on property. This is a restriction imposed by the City of Oceanside code enforcement.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
