What does a listing on Bedandbreakfast.eu cost after my free listing has expired?
Do you have guests who have already booked and paid directly? No problem. Of course, this information will remain in your inbox and calendar, whereby the payment process and the chosen cancellation conditions remain in effect. Instant Bookings are labelled with a green icon in your inbox. This green label is not visible with Reservation Requests.
What happens to my already received Instant Bookings?
How will my outstanding Instant Booking be paid?
Your payment will be transferred to you two working days after a successful check-in. You can also find the exact date on the detail page of the relevant reservation. Existing bookings will still be paid by us, despite the cancellation of Instant Booking.
Where can I see which cancellation conditions I set at the time?
You can find the cancellation policy that applies to the relevant reservation when you open this reservation. There you will see all information about this reservation, including the applicable cancellation conditions.
How do I reset my cancellation policy?

What are the benefits of working with Reservation Requests?
Working with Reservation Requests brings the following benefits:
- Fixed amount per year
- No commissions and/or hidden costs
- Direct personal contact with guests
- Arrange payments yourself: no intervention from third parties
- Millions of website visitors worldwide
- Free reservation module for reservations via your own website
- Calendar synchronisation with many other online platforms
Why are you discontinuing the Instant Booking reservation method?
Experience has shown that this form of reservation does not sufficiently meet the wishes and expectations of our site visitors and B&B owners. We believe personal contact between a guest and an owner is of great importance when making a reservation. The personal approach is precisely the strength of a B&B. Working with Reservation Requests is much more in line with these wishes from the market.
What happens to the position of my B&B in the search results?
Because we will soon be working with one standard reservation model, no differentiation will exist. Your position in the search results generally depends on various factors. We advise you to fill in your page as thoroughly as possible.
Do I also have to pay a commission per booking for Reservation Requests?
No. No commission percentage is charged per booking when working with Reservation Requests. You only pay a fixed amount per year, regardless of how many Reservation Requests you receive. This way, you know in advance exactly where you stand.
How does the processing of Reservation Requests work?
Processing a Reservation Request is slightly different from processing an Instant Booking. For a detailed explanation of how to process a reservation request, we would like to refer you to this article, where you can find a complete description.
I have registered my B&B for Instant Booking, but it is incomplete and not yet online. What will happen with this?
If you signed up for Direct Reservations some time ago and the listing is not yet complete, it will also be converted to a listing with Reservation Requests. We advise you to complete your listing as soon as possible. That way you will benefit from your free listing for as long as possible, which runs until 11 May 2023.
