Children and extra beds
Up to three children under 12 years are charged AUD 15 per night when using existing beds.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs.
All children under 12 years are charged AUD 15 per night for extra beds.
All further older children or adults are charged AUD 20 per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the innkeeper.
PetsPets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Full payment via PayPal, or bank transfer is required 2 weeks prior to arrival to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide further details.
Please note that this property requires a refundable bond from AUD 100 to cover any incidental charges, damage to the property or excessive cleaning fees. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation within 7 of check out.
Quilts, blankets and pillows are provided. Bed linen is included for 2 guests only. An additional charge of $15 applies for each additional guests bed linen.
Please note that the property does not supply linen for baby cots.
Portable cots, high chair and baby bath are available at the property, free of charge.
Children from the age of 3 to 12 are charged at $20 per night. Children 13 and over are charged $25 extra per person. Please inform Grey Pebbles in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
