This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that, late check-in from 20:00 to 01:00 is possible. The property will give you a code for the key box before arrival. Property has a reception at the Montpellier train station and guests arriving before 16:00 may leave their luggage in the train station's luggage room at an extra cost. Please contact the property in advance in order to arrange payment and organise an appointment for key collection at the agency. The service charge includes the bed linen, towels and cleaning fees. Please note that a EUR 500 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the studio during your stay and will be returned upon your departure.
