A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is no onsite reception. You must provide the property with an Australian mobile phone number, as your check in details will be sent to you via text message, on your check in day. If you do not have an Australian mobile phone number, you will need to provide an email address for this information to be sent to you. Please provide these details using the contact details found on the booking confirmation or use the Special Request box when booking. Please note that reception office hours are 8:00 until 18:00. If you need to contact the property outside of these hours, please use the Special Requests box, or send the property an email using the contact details on the booking confirmation. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card. .
