Free parking at the door.

Smoking room - with TV, fan and WIFI - on the first floor.
Private entrance and sanitair.and  possibility to make coffee and tea in your room. Cold drinks are available.
In the morning you can enjoy a Burgundian breakfast eve...ry morning to start and enjoy the various cycling and walking routes in the area. Our guests describe Acacia B & B and welcoming, with a warm welcome and a royal breakfast!

prima B&B welke door enthousiaste eigenaars, ligt in een woonwijk.... Ruime kamers welke te scheiden zijn dmv een rolgordijn. Ruime badkamer en een lekker ontbijt.

For improvement
in zowel de gedeelde badkamer als bij de wastafel in de slaapkamer staan veel spullen waardoor je je eigen spullen wat lastiger kwijt kunt (zeker in de slaapkamer).

Vriendelijke ontvangst van de eigenaars. Ze willen het echt goed doen... en dat het je aan niets ontbreekt.

For improvement
Het is onze eerste ervaring in een bed and breadfast. Het was bij een gewoon woonhuis. Eigenlijk leek het of je bij je oom en tante logeerde. In de kamers en de badkamer lagen dus veel spullen van de bewoners. Daar moet je dus even doorheen kijken. Het ontbijt was bijna zoals je thuis zou doen en we hoopte een beetje een ontbijt te krijgen zoals in de TV-afleveringen. Over de prijs kan ik moeilijk oordelen (voor wat er werd geboden voelde het wat te duur).

De eigenaren zijn zeer gastvrij en willen je heel graag van dienst zijn.
Ontbijt... was super en we kregen zelfs broodjes mee voor de terug reis.
Kamer netjes en de bedden slapen heel goed.

For improvement
Dat je pas vanaf 18:00 uur kunt inchecken vinden wij wel erg laat ook omdat je om 10:00 uur de volgende dag weer moet uitchecken.
Het chemische toilet wat wij op de kamer hadden viel bij ons niet echt in de smaak. We moesten twee trappen naar beneden voor het toilet wat voor ons geen probleem is en we hebben het chemisch toilet ook niet gebruikt maar een eigen toilet is voor ons wel een pré.
