Casa Luce is a charming renovated farmhouse on a hill near Torre di Palme, with panoramic views of the sea, the hills of Le Marche and the Monti Sibillini. In July and August, two apartments are rented by the week: upstairs for up to 10 guests, with 4 rooms, each with private bathroom and air conditioning, a kitchen and large balcony; downstairs for up to 8 guests, with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and private terrace overlooking the sea and pool. Outside high season, the 4 B&B rooms or both apartments can also be booked for one or more nights. Outside you’ll find a 10 x 4 m pool, terraces, BBQ, vegetable garden, food forest and chickens with fresh eggs. Guests may pick fruit, vegetables and nuts. On-site parking and EV charging are available. Marina Palmense, with surf beach and seafood restaurants, is 5 minutes away; Porto San Giorgio about 8 minutes. Historic Torre di Palme is nearby and perfect for an evening stroll.
