To prevent causing inconvenience for the neighbors, the apartment is equipped with a sound detector which in case there is a loud sound in the apartment the guest will receive a message or phone call to be cautious about the amount of noise. (the sound detector is not able to hear or record anything but the sound volume| we fully respect your privacy) -For your comfort, we provide a starter supply of shampoo, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, and other essential consumable items upon check-in. Kindly note that, as this is a private accommodation (not a hotel), these items are not replenished during the stay. If you need additional supplies, nearby supermarkets and shops are easily accessible. -We want to keep the space fresh and enjoyable for all our guests, so smoking inside the home isn’t allowed. If smoking is detected indoors, a €200 cleaning fee will apply to cover professional air cleaning and deodorizing services. Baby cot costs €7 per stay. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to provide pillow, blanket, and duvet for cots. Please bring the following items with yourself. “Registered Guests Only: Only the number of guests stated in the reservation are permitted to enter or stay in the apartment. Please make sure to enter the correct number of guests when making your reservation. Any additional guests who are not included in the reservation are not permitted and may be subject to additional charges or other action.” This is not a minor or occasional issue for our property. Unauthorized additional guests are a recurring and significant problem, resulting in repeated disputes, operational difficulties, and additional costs for us as the property provider. Booking.com has previously informed us that it does not accept responsibility for guests bringing additional, unregistered persons to the property. For this reason, it is essential for us to ensure that guests are explicitly informed of this requirement before making a reservation. We therefore request that this policy be added to our Fine Print without further delay. Clear disclosure before booking is necessary to ensure that guests are fully aware of this condition and cannot reasonably claim that they were not informed of the property's guest-registration requirements.Informa a con antelación de tu hora prevista de llegada.
