Pet Policy: • While we understand the companionship pets can bring, we regret to inform you that pets are not permitted on the premises unless prior approval has been obtained from the management. Additional fees and restrictions may apply, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. Security Deposit and Damages: • Security Deposit: To ensure the upkeep of our villa, a security deposit is required upon check-in, amounting to 10% of the total stay. Rest assured, this deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days of check-out, provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning required. • Damages: While we trust our guests to treat our villa with care, we kindly remind you that any damages caused during your stay, including to furniture, appliances, and decor, will be the responsibility of the guest. The cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit, with any remaining balance refunded to you. Maximum Room Occupancy: • In consideration of the comfort of all our guests, we kindly request that room occupancy does not exceed 3 guests per room with existing furniture. Maximum Visitors: • To ensure the enjoyment and safety of all guests, we kindly ask that the number of visitors during daytime hours does not exceed double the maximum room occupancy. Liability and Indemnity: • Liability: While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests, we kindly remind you that the management accepts no liability for personal injury, accidents, or loss of belongings during your stay.
