• Due to the SelfCheckIns way of doing business, some of our apartments have a security camera in front of the entrance to the apartment, which is used solely to verify the number of people entering the apartment. The use of the apartment is considered each entry into the apartment, regardless of how many people will sleep there.
• Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
• It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony (if there is one).
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. It is not allowed to make noise or throw parties.
• Please note that noise from neighbors, building activity, or city traffic may occur, and this does not constitute a reason for complaint or refund.
• Due to climate and building conditions, the occasional appearance of mold is possible, especially in humid environments.
• Do not put inappropriate items down the toilet or sink.
• Use towels only for personal hygiene. If there are any stains or damaged areas, you must notify the host and cover the cost of replacement.
• Please do not damage the furniture, appliances and other items in the apartment. In case of damage, you must notify the host and cover the cost of repairs or replacements.
• Guests must report any problem they have with the apartment or if they are not fully satisfied during their stay.
• In case the apartment is rented for more than 10 days, cleaning is required every 7 days. Guests are required to pay the cleaning fee for each mandatory cleaning. The amount is the same as the standard cleaning fee already paid.
• When checking out, the host is obliged to inspect the apartment in the guest’s presence.
• Dishes must be washed before check-out.
• Before leaving the apartment, return all keys to the place where you found them.
If necessary, guests must allow access to the apartment to the owner, handyman, employees of the company that manages the apartment, and other authorized persons. Valid reasons include, but are not limited to:
- State inspections
- Internet operator technicians
- Plumbers
- Electricians
- Handyman for air conditioning, heating, and cooling
- Other types of maintenance workers
- Cleaning of the apartment
- Emergency situations
Additional fees for check-out:
• Failure to leave the apartment by the official check-out time
• Failure to return the keys to the keybox or original location on time
• Leaving keys inside the apartment instead of the keybox
• Improper disposal of garbage
• Leaving the apartment untidy (scattered garbage, unwashed dishes, etc.)
• Forgotten personal belongings that require collection or shipping
Other fees:
• Bringing pets into the apartment
• Allowing unregistered persons to stay overnight
• Loss of keys or failure to return keys properly
• Disturbing peace and quiet during quiet hours
• Organizing gatherings, parties, or hosting unregistered guests
• Consumption of illegal substances inside the apartment
• Requests for interventions caused by guest negligence or failure to follow instructions
• Any intervention required due to guest negligence (including but not limited to key delivery, additional cleaning visits, or replacement of damaged items)
• Throwing inappropriate items into toilets or drains causing blockages
• Refusing access to authorized persons for inspections, repairs, emergencies, or maintenance
• Leaving the apartment in an extremely dirty condition requiring special or deep cleaning
• Leaving areas requiring chemical or specialized cleaning
• Staining walls to the extent that repainting is required
Check-in and check-out terms
Check-in:
*As soon as the apartment is clean and ready, we will inform you that entry is possible free of charge. This is usually between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., depending on the cleaning schedule.
*From 5:00 p.m., check-in is guaranteed.
*Check-in from 12:00 noon is guaranteed with an approved surcharge.
Check-out:
* Until 10:00 a.m. is a standard, non-charged check-out
* Until 2:00 p.m. is possible with an approved surcharge
*For example, if a surcharge is paid for check-in from 12:00 noon, entry is guaranteed at that time. If no surcharge is paid, early entry may still be possible depending on cleaning completion.
*In the case of unannounced and unapproved late check-out, an additional charge may apply.
All our apartments operate with Self Check-in. Full entry instructions will be sent once cleaning is completed and a new access code is generated. Before this, guest IDs must be submitted and tourist tax paid.
• The standard cleaning paid by guests includes up to 2 hours of cleaning. Guests acknowledge that such cleaning may not always result in a perfectly spotless condition.
• A general deep cleaning option is available upon request before arrival.
• Apartments are periodically deep-cleaned at the owner’s expense.
