The trash bins are located outside the apartment complex. If you are a smoker, please try to smoke outdoors so that the smoke does not enter the house; the next guest may not be a smoker and might dislike the smell of cigarettes on the furniture. Please try not to leave the lights on when you are not inside the accommodation. We appreciate your efforts to conserve energy. Please be respectful of the neighbors' peace and quiet; do not make any noise after 10:00 PM. Holding any kind of party or social gathering in the apartment is strictly prohibited; Tenerife offers plenty of fabulous places to go out and party. No persons other than those initially registered in the booking are permitted to enter the apartment. Registration of all travelers is mandatory. To this end, identity details for all travelers will be requested prior to your arrival and must be provided by the guests. Additionally, on the day of arrival, guests must fill out and sign the traveler registration forms found inside the apartment. The loss of the keys will incur a penalty fee of €100, as they are high-security keys that are expensive to replace. No towel or bed linen changes will be provided during your stay. In accordance with the regulations of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands, the following will be available to you upon arrival: one bath towel and one hand towel per guest for stays of one week or less; or two bath towels and two hand towels per guest for stays exceeding one week. Our accommodation is equipped with a washing machine. Mid-stay cleaning services are not included in the price. Should a guest require such services, additional cleaning sessions can be arranged, with the guest assuming the full cost. Mid-stay cleaning includes a general cleaning of the apartment as well as a change of towels and bed linens. Additional cleaning services do not include washing dishes, pots, cutlery, or glasses. The cost for an intermediate cleaning is €75. If the property is left in a severely unclean state upon your departure—beyond what a courteous guest would reasonably leave behind (e.g., unwashed pots, pans, glasses, dishes, or cutlery; excessive trash; stains on floors or walls; stains on furniture; excessively soiled towels or linens)—we will charge an additional fee of €150 to cover the extra cleaning effort and the replacement of any items rendered unusable. Should any damage occur to the property—including broken furniture, damage to fixed structural elements (windows, doors, walls, floors, ceilings, countertops, fixtures, sanitary ware, etc.), or damage to appliances resulting from negligence or accidents—the guest will be charged the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged item.
