The lead guest is responsible for sharing these rules with everyone in their party. Respect for our neighbours Seven Glen is in a residential area. Please keep noise to a reasonable level, especially during the evening and at night. Quiet hours are 11pm–7am. Parties, events and disruptive behaviour are not permitted. Guests and occupancy Only the number of guests included in your booking should stay overnight. Please contact us before making any changes to your guest count. Parking and access Please park responsibly without blocking neighbouring properties, driveways or access points. Keep gates and entrances clear. Garden and outdoor areas Please supervise children appropriately and leave outdoor spaces tidy after use. Fire and general safety Do not remove, cover, disconnect or tamper with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, emergency lighting or other safety equipment. Do not interfere with electrical equipment or clearly labelled plugs that form part of the property's systems. Heating and energy Please use the heating responsibly and don’t override the heating schedule. If you need help with the heating, please message us so that we can help. Keep doors and windows closed while heating is on, and switch off lights when they are not needed. Smoking and vaping Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. Candles and open flames Candles, fireworks and other open flames are not permitted anywhere inside the house. Pets Pets are not permitted, subject to the booking platform's applicable assistance-animal policy. Bins, rubbish and kitchen Please place rubbish in the bins provided rather than leaving it around the house. Wash used dishes, pans and utensils, removing food residue. Tell us promptly about any damage or items that cannot be cleaned. Before you leave Check-out is by 11am. Please: • Collect your rubbish and empty the indoor bins into the appropriate outdoor bins. • Wash used dishes, pans and utensils. • Switch off lights and leave heating controls on their normal schedule. • Close and lock all windows and external doors, including the patio door. • Return the key to the lockbox, close it securely and scramble the code.
