LICENSED SHORT TERM LET PROPERTY Upon check out, please ensure you take all of your personal items with you as regrettably, any left items to be posted back to you will incur a £10.00 administration fee plus cost of postage. Lost items will be disposed of one week after your departure date inclusive. All rubbish/recycling must be removed from the apartment before/at departure. Regrettably, non-conformity will incur an administration charge of £20.00 deducted from the security deposit. Please ensure you do not lose the property keys or lock yourself out of the property. A replacement key fee of £10.00 will be charged in the event of lost keys and a call out charge of £40.00 will be applied if it is necessary for a member of staff to retrieve keys or replace them. Maximum number of two guests staying at the property must not be exceeded. Please be advised that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and can only be accessed by stairs. Strictly no additional services are to be added to the cable TV service and/or transferred to personal devices. Any additions will be charged for plus an administration fee of £50.00. Visitor Levy (Edinburgh) In accordance with legislation introduced by the City of Edinburgh Council, a visitor levy applies to overnight stays in Edinburgh for check in dates on or after 24th July 2026. We confirm that this levy is absorbed by our business and is not charged as an additional fee to guests. All prices displayed on our website and during the booking process are inclusive of the visitor levy where applicable. The levy may not be shown as a separate line item on your booking confirmation or invoice. Should the rate or application of the visitor levy change, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly. The visitor levy is subject to ongoing regulatory guidance and may change in scope or rate.
