All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they must provide a signed authorization form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request. Only temporary reservations are allowed, not short stays. Please note that if your arrival day coincides with the same day you made your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for check-in before 5:30 pm. Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental. Rental cots are available for €30 per stay.
