The property is exclusively for families. Please note that the lead guest must be aged 35 years or older. Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. Loud music, parties, pets and smoking are prohibited within property. Guests must pay a damage deposit of 800 EUR prior to check-in. Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave without refund. Guests found to be smoking will be fined and charged a fee for damages. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the damages deposit as agreed prior to your check in. A damage deposit is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon booking, the property will contact guests with further information regarding the check in arrangements, the meeting address and house rules by email after booking. There is no reception desk at the property and therefore a member of staff will meet guests at the property at a pre-arranged time to hand over the keys and check guests into the apartment. Guests arriving after 19:00 are requested to inform the property prior to their expected arrival time. Check-in after this time cannot be guaranteed if not confirmed by the property. Please note that an additional charge of 50 EUR from 19:00 to 21:59, 90 EUR from 22:00 to 00:59, 120 EUR from 01:00 is applicable for late check-in. Guests will be required to send a copy of their identification (passport/ driving license/ ID) prior to their arrival. The credit card (showing only the last 4 digits + cardholder name) used for booking must be presented for verification in advance.
