Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly. Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $10 processing fee. Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee, min. of $50 Unauthorized use of extra bed/s or bedroom/s a fine of $75. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty & excess cleaning or violation of pet rules is an extra $75 cleaning fee. Please respect check-in and checkout times.
