Please take into account the following important information before booking: Towels, bed sheets and toilet paper are provided upon arrival. However, replacements or changes during your stay are not included. Baby crib: €30 per reservation. Availability is not guaranteed. Guests must request it 24–48 hours in advance, and if available we will provide it. Extra guest: Each additional guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. Arrival outside check-in hours Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (please contact us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, a €30 fee (cash) will apply. After 10:00 p.m., the fee will be €50, and after midnight, the fee will be €80. If the arrival day is a weekend or a local or national holiday, the fee will be €30 until 10:00 p.m., €50 after 10:00 p.m., and €80 after midnight. If the arrival day is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be €50 until 10:00 p.m. and €100 after 10:00 p.m. The tourist tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied (€6.25 per person per night, for guests over 16 years old and for up to 7 nights). The tourist tax will increase to €9.50 starting from April 1, 2026. House rules Smoking is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Evidence of smoking inside the apartment will result in immediate eviction and a minimum fine of €400. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony. Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security staff or neighbors intervene, a €500 fine will be charged (in addition to any police fines). The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or loss of personal belongings that may occur within the facilities of our apartments. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions to safeguard their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes (if available) and ensuring that doors and windows are properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
