Standard check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Guests arriving after 12:00 AM (midnight) will not be permitted to check in. The reservation will be treated as a no-show, and the full booking amount will remain payable in accordance with the cancellation policy. Guests must provide their expected arrival time before arrival. Each reservation includes one set of apartment keys and one access fob. Additional sets may be provided only in exceptional circumstances and require a refundable security deposit of AUD 400 per set. A maximum of two pets is permitted. A AUD 50 per pet, per night fee applies. Pets must be declared before arrival. Pets must be supervised at all times and kept off beds and upholstered furniture where possible. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, stains, odours or additional cleaning costs. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on the balcony, and anywhere within the building. If there is evidence of smoking or vaping (including cigarette butts, ash, vape residue, smoke odour or related waste) found during or after your stay, a minimum cleaning fee of AUD 300 will apply. Only the number of guests included in the reservation may stay overnight. Additional overnight guests are not permitted without prior written approval. Parties, events, excessive noise and commercial gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests are expected to respect neighbouring residents. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to prior approval and availability and may incur additional charges. Lost or unreturned apartment keys and/or access fobs may incur replacement charges. Due to a temporary setup issue, the AUD 150 cleaning fee was not correctly applied to the booking total for reservations made between 14–31 July 2026. This has since been corrected, and guests with affected reservations may be contacted separately regarding the outstanding fee.
