1. Every two or three days, the swimming pool must be cleaned and the plants watered by the property owner, whether there are guests staying at the property or not. It is important that guests are aware that on the days when pool cleaning and watering are carried out, the host may access the house to perform these tasks without disturbing the guests. Key handover requires prior check-in—just like at a hotel—via an app accessed through a link you will receive.
