Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the ID should be the same on your Airbnb account. ***For third-party booking, we still require your ID and the ID of the guest who will be staying in our apartment. For the security deposit, you should be reimbursed within 7-14 days after check-out depending on your bank processing time, and subject to an inspection of the property. NOTE: the security deposit is held and then re-authenticated every 7 days and it will be released 3 days after check out. To avoid this you can send the £150 security deposit through bank transfer. However, the refund will be processed 7 days after the check out date. We operate a self-check-in.
