- Booking Guest MUST be 25 years old or older. - The Hosting Guest's lockbox and security codes will be deactivated 1 hour after check-out time. - There is a septic tank on the property. The hosting guest is responsible to tell ALL guests to flush small amounts of toilet paper at a time and ONLY toilet paper should be flushed. Also, tell guests that food, powder, chemicals, coffee grounds, metals, and oils are NOT allowed in the drains. - ALL guests must be registered with the HOA. The names and ages of ALL guests must be provided 3-4 business days before check-in (Holiday weeks and weekends 7 - 14 business days in advance). - Guests will receive six (6) amenity use passes/wristbands. Any additional guests can receive passes/wristbands which allow them amenity use; however, fees may apply. Passes/wristbands must be carried/worn at all times while in the community. The HOA is located in the fitness center and is open Monday-Saturday from 8:30am-4:30pm. Excludes major holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day). - Refrigerator MUST be cleaned out prior to check-out. - All dishes MUST be cleaned or rinsed, free of particles, and placed in the cabinets or dishwasher prior to check-out. - A fee will be applied for a missing item(s) based on the market value. - No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the property and/or premises. - FOR SAFETY PURPOSES, the fireplace should be used for not more than 2 hours per day and MUST be monitored while in use. - Remove trash from inside the house on trash pickup day and prior to check-out, place remaining trash in the cans in the garage. Trash disposal days and hours: Tuesday’s trash must be placed outside at the end of the driveway at 6:00 am and Compactor: Wednesday & Friday 8 am to 12 pm and Sunday 10 am to 2 pm. - When exiting the property on the day of check-out, please make sure all lights are turned off, all windows are closed and locked, and all entry doors are locked. - Maximum of 6 cars on the property at all times and NO parking in the garage. - All locked doors and cabinets MUST remain locked, and the basement is only to be used for emergency purposes (electrical panel). - In the garage, the guests can use the cleaning supplies, recycling can, and trash can ONLY. - The Host and Pocono Farm Country Club Association are not reliable for accidents or personal damages when guests participate in community activities (community: swimming, lake access, gym, outdoor/indoor activities, games, etc.). - Host is not liable for any allergic reactions or accidents due to courtesy items (snacks, toiletries, detergents, cleaning supplies, etc.) It's the hosting guest's responsibility to be aware of accompany guests' allergies. - NO Smoking - NO Parties or large gatheringsLos huéspedes deberán mostrar un documento de identidad válido y una tarjeta de crédito al realizar el registro de entrada.
