Welcome to La Résidence UXCO H2O! Located in the popular Minimes district, we offer accommodation in a warm and secure environment. With easy access to all amenities: ONLY a 2-minute walk away, you'll find a bus stop (illico lines 03 and 04, which will take you to La Rochelle's historic city centre, as well as the beaches), a carrefour city open until 10pm and on Sunday mornings, a pharmacy, as well as a cinema and restaurants for your relaxing evenings. What's more, you can walk to the Vieux Port in just 15 minutes. Nestled in a quiet area, our residence offers the perfect balance between proximity to amenities and tranquillity. The train station is a 10-minute walk away and La Rochelle airport is a 15-minute bus ride away. You can also explore the Ile de Ré by taking the bridge 15 minutes away. Our facilities: - Furnished studios*: Each flat has a desk and a private bathroom with shower and toilet, TV, fully equipped kitchenette with cooking utensils, microwave, coffee machine and fridge. - Communal areas: Take advantage of our facilities, including a study room, gym, relaxation area and laundry, available 24/7. - Security and peace of mind: Our residence is secure, with surveillance cameras and badge access to guarantee your peace of mind. Reception is open Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm and Friday from 9am to 5pm. Closed at weekends. *Cleaning services are not included on a daily basis, only before your arrival (from 3pm) and on your departure (no later than 10am). We therefore ask you to leave the accommodation clean, make sure you empty the rubbish bins and wash your dishes before you leave. We are a year-round student residence. Our budget studios have 120x190 beds, while our standard studios have 140x200 beds. Be careful when booking if you are 2 people.
