To comply with regulations, we require you to complete your online check-in before your arrival. This tax is payable with online check-in. It will help you keep the peace! - Washing Machine: To avoid disturbing the neighbors, please do not use the washing machine between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. - Comfort: We want you to feel comfortable! Noise and Neighbors (Let's keep everyone happy!): Our neighbors appreciate the quiet, so we ask that you please keep the volume down, especially at night. Check-out (It's so easy!): When you leave, please leave the keys in the key box and send us a photo via Airbnb chat to confirm that you've checked out. This way, we can prepare the apartment for the next guests! Business Billing: This property does not issue VAT invoices. The invoices issued are VAT-free.
