By maintaining your reservation, you automatically and fully accept these house rules. All reservations imply that travelers and occupants declare that they have read, understood, and accepted all rules of their own free will.
The provisions below are legally binding and apply to all travelers and occupants, without exception.
1. Use of the accommodation
The apartment is located in a residence for residential and family use only.
Parties, evening gatherings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and professional or private events are strictly prohibited.
Only persons listed on the reservation are authorized to enter the accommodation.
All outside visitors, even temporary ones, are strictly prohibited.
Any violation of these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.

2. Keys and access
Keys, badges, or access codes are only given to travelers listed on the reservation.
Any loss, theft, or failure to return keys will be charged at the actual replacement cost, including changing the lock if necessary.
Travelers are responsible for the security of the keys throughout their stay. No undeclared third party is authorized to receive or use the keys or codes.

3. Garden and maintenance
The garden is available for quiet and respectful use. Watering is automatic and managed remotely; no maintenance is required by guests.
The water hose is reserved for rinsing feet and for maintenance carried out by the owner or the cleaning lady.
It is strictly forbidden to wash vehicles, scooters, bicycles, motorcycles, or any other object with the hose.
Games with balls, balloons, or any other bouncing objects are strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in the small garden or common areas.
The owner and their service providers may access the garden and the utility room for maintenance or to retrieve equipment, after giving prior notice, even on the same day if necessary.

4. Gas barbecue
Use of the barbecue is authorized only for guests covered by the reservation. The gas must be turned off at the knob and the bottle (double safety) after each use. The barbecue must be cleaned immediately after use and covered with its protective cover once it has cooled down. Any non-compliant use is prohibited and may result in penalties.
5. Security and video surveillance
A Ring camera (video surveillance) is installed outside to monitor entrances and exits. Cameras are installed in the parking lot and at the entrances to the residence.
There are no cameras inside the apartment. Any attempt to deactivate or damage the security devices is strictly prohibited.

6. Electric charging
Only phones, tablets, and computers may be charged in the accommodation. Charging electric devices such as bicycles, scooters, motorcycles, or vehicles is prohibited and will result in the power being cut off and the incident being reported to the authorities.
7. Animals: Pets are strictly prohibited in the accommodation and the garden.
8. Respect for neighbors and peace and quiet
Travelers must respect peace and quiet 24 hours a day. Noise pollution, shouting, loud music, or any disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.
Any violation will result in immediate expulsion without refund.

9. État du logement et responsabilité
Les voyageurs doivent rendre le logement propre et intact. Toute dégradation, casse ou salissure excessive sera facturée intégralement.

10. Identification et conformité des occupants
Le nombre et l’identité des voyageurs doit correspondre à la réservation. Les pièces d’identité peuvent être demandées à l’arrivée. Toute réservation vaut acceptation de l’ensemble des règles énoncées dans le présent règlement.

11. Eau, plomberie et entretien
Il est interdit de jeter des lingettes, produits chimiques ou solides dans les WC ou canalisations. Tout dégât ou fuite d’eau doit être signalé immédiatement.
Les voyageurs sont responsables des dommages causés par négligence ou mauvaise utilisation.
12. Internet et usage numérique
L’usage d’internet doit être légal et conforme aux lois en vigueur. Il est interdit de partager des fichiers illégaux ou d’utiliser le réseau pour des activités professionnelles perturbant le service.
13. Valuables and insurance
The owner is not responsible for personal belongings, money, or jewelry left in the accommodation. It is recommended that travelers have civil liability insurance covering short-term rentals.
14. Common areas and parking
Travelers must respect the common areas and parking rules.
It is forbidden to store personal belongings or disturb other residents.
15. Force majeure and exceptional circumstances
The owner may intervene in the event of force majeure, disaster, damage, fire, or any external event affecting the accommodation. Travelers must immediately comply with the instructions of the owner or the competent authorities.
16. Automatic acceptance
Any reservation accompanied by payment constitutes full and complete acceptance of these rules and regulations by all occupants. Travelers voluntarily declare that they have read, understood, and accepted all the rules, including:
Strict prohibition of outside visitors
Respect for equipment, the garden, the barbecue, and safety instructions
No pets, ball games, or unauthorized electrical recharging
Respect for peace and quiet and the condominium
Responsibility for keys, personal belongings, and any damage.
