HOUSE RULES & BOOKING POLICES
*Guest must be 25 years or older, and provide Valid Photo IDs upon booking confirmation.
*There is an extra guest fee/charge of $35 per night per guest after 6 guests. Please report the right number of guests in the booking system with a total number of adults, children, and infants. Also, inform if there is any change in your number of guests in the initial Booking.
*Only registered guests are allowed no drop-in guests are allowed during the whole stay unless prior permission is obtained.
*We strictly do not permit loud gatherings or boozy parties (no large reservations, bachelor and bachelorette parties, or other young adult events), ticketed events, or open-invite parties.
*Strictly No smoking, no drug, any violation of this rule will be subject to a $1000 charge for extra cleaning and removing smell and odor from the house.
*No noise pollution, no loud music, Quiet time after 10:00 pm on weekdays and 11:00 pm on weekends.
Pets are not allowed inside the house.
*Please Note: We provide initial bedding, toilet paper, Kitchen towel, shampoo, soap, and bath towels, if require more during your stay, guests need to buy their own. (One bath towels will be provided based on each Guest.)
*Bedding/Sleeping arrangement: We have Six Queen and One King Bed altogether 7 Beds. 14 Guests will be accommodated on 7 Beds based on 2 Guests on each bed, rest guests will be accommodated on air mattresses and couches. Extra bedding and air mattresses will only be provided if the number of guests exceeds from 14.
*Don’t put the TV Remotes on the Couches, they could slip into the gaps and be hard to find.
*Property is being monitored & recorded under video surveillance. Cameras are installed around the house and in both Garages. However, No Cam/era inside the house.
*Strictly NO PARKING inside the garage, instead use designated Driveway Parking.
*DO NOT disable, disconnect, remove, cover, or block any of the Smoke & Carbon monoxide detectors (fire and safety hazard).
*DO NOT disconnect, disable, relocate, unplug, or remove any safety & security device, cameras internet router Points, or water leak sensors.
*We have a water leak protection system installed in the house to prevent water damage, so please make sure not to drop water on any dry area of the house where water is not supposed to be. If the water leaks sensor-operated whole-house water will be shut off, so call me immediately if you have no water.
*If you find any cleaning issues & damage during the stay please inform us immediately.
*Washer and Dryer facility available for more than 6-night stay. (Guests will be responsible for bringing their detergents).
*Turn off all Lights, Fireplaces, A/C, and Electronic Devices & lock all the doors before leaving the Cottage.
*Wash all used dishes, Pots, and Pans, dry them properly put them back in their proper place.
*Don’t leave the dishwasher running, give yourself enough time to finish dishwashing, empty it, and put the dishes back in their place.
*Don’t move furniture, bedding, TV remotes, or Kitchen stuff like pots and pans & crockery, from upstairs to basement or vice versa.
*Clean the BBQ, Stove, and Oven after using & must shut off the BBQ main Gas Valve.
*If having a problem using a Gas Oven, or any other equipment please refer to the User Manual sitting in the Kitchen Drawer.
*Don’t paste, tape & pin any birthday and party decoration stuff on the wall that could peel off the paint & damage the wall.
*Do not leave any leftover food in Fridge, Oven, or BBQ Grill, either trash it or take it with you.
*Make sure to check out by 11:00 am max so that my cleaning staff can prepare the place for the next guest. Please inform me once checked out.
*Garbage Handling Rules: We made an arrangement for Garbage Bin Service for your convenience, all you need to do is pack all your garbage properly in a garbage bag, and once it is full put it in the large Bin sitting on the side Driveway in front of the outdoor shed. Please make sure all the Garbage & Recycling are dumped in the BIN before checking out. Please Don’t leave any garbage inside the house or in the garage otherwise, it will stink and create flies and other insects.
*Every other Wednesday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, the Garbage truck is scheduled to pick up the garbage from the driveway BIN, so please make sure no car is parked in front of the Bin on the side driveway. Advance notice will be provided to remove the cars.
*Cleaning Snow and Salting: We have a contract with the snow removal company, they will come and clean the snow if the snow has accumulated to a depth of 5 cm. However, if the guest’s cars are parked or the driveway is blocked they will not be able to clean the snow. In this case, the guest will be responsible for cleaning the snow and putting in the salt. Shovels and boxes of salt are provided guest will be responsible for cleaning the snow and putting the salt on the driveway during the stay.
*Please Note: My service staff will have access to the Garage from 9:00 Am to 7;00 P.m., to water the grass and plants.
