Smoking is permitted outside in the smoking area. Eating in the room is prohibited. The cleaning of the bathrooms is daily and is included in the price of the accommodation. For energy saving reasons, the towels are changed when they are left on the floor. The change of sheets takes place every three/four days after arrival, as required by Regional Law. Any extra changes have an additional cost. Room cleaning takes place every day from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. It is advisable not to drink tap water, in the fridge in the kitchen there are bottles of water available for guests. Adequate silence must be observed from 12:00 am to 8:00 am. At all other times of the day, behavior must be maintained that respects the tranquility of all guests. Keep all internal and external areas clean and tidy. Any damage caused to the structure of the B&B and/or due to the improper use of additional equipment must be compensated. Check-out must take place no later than 10:00.
