Please note that there is a cleaning fee that is included in the standard guest booking fee, however this fee pertains to the cleaning required after the guests check out. The house does not have a full time maid/cleaner on call. However, cleaning services can be provided daily or at requested intervals during the stay period upon request at an additional fee paid directly to the cleaning services employed. Please advise the hosts if you would need this service at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that we will try and accommodate early arrivals and late departures with 24 hours notice. Otherwise, we require accurate and timely check in and departure to be adhered strictly. This lodge sleeps 8 guests only INFORMATION ONLY FOR GUESTS HOSTING EVENTS Events meaning; additional day guests brought into the lodge that amounts to 10 or more people excluding checked in guests. This includes - Weddings, Birthday Parties, Bachelor/bachelorette parties, kids parties, anniversaries, business functions etc. Please note that we LIKE and ENCOURAGE functions and events. However due to some unfortunate and unexpected experiences, we have had to make some stringent rules in respect to our future clients, the business and the property. 1. Photography is allowed. 2. Deposit is required for functions/events. (Please contact the host for more information depending on the event.) 3. Any event/function hosted, with more than additional 10 people will require at least 2 (two) extra cleaning staff during the event. Please contact the host for more information. 4. The lodge does not supply extra event items, e.g. marquess, cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment. Please contact the hosts for reliable contacts if required. 5. The guests are expected to leave the lodge in a respectable condition as per their arrival. Any damages, breakages and or disrepair of the property will be deducted from the deposit with immediate effect. 6.. Additional parking for events can be arranged in close proximity, within walking distance. The Lodge does not allow more than 5 vehicles parked on the Lodge property. 7.
