📘 HOUSE RULES Welcome Thank you for choosing our home. Please read these house rules carefully to ensure a safe, comfortable stay for you and future guests. Guest Conduct • Registered guests only. Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. No local guests. • Please note that the main guest needs to provide any valid ID with picture of the main guest, you can send it when you receive the welcome message from the host. • Treat the home with care and respect. If anything is damaged, please notify us immediately — accidents happen and we appreciate your honesty. Guests are responsible for significant damage. • No use of glitter or confetti in or on the property. • When away from the home, keep all doors locked. Occupancy and Parties • Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. • No parties or events. Unauthorized parties will result in immediate eviction. Smoking, Vaping, and Drugs • No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home or anywhere on the property. • No illegal drug use inside the home or anywhere on the property. Noise and Quiet Hours • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours. Parking • Park in the driveway or in the garage. Do not block neighboring driveways or mailboxes. Trash and Recycling • Place trash & recycle in outdoor bins. If your stay includes a Sunday night, please place trash and recycle bins at the curb in front of the house (not blocking driveways) and keep them several feet away from the mailbox. • Plumbing and Toilets Do not flush feminine products, flushable wipes, paper towels, diapers, or any items other than toilet paper. These items cause serious plumbing damage. Guests are responsible for the cost of any plumbing service required to clear blockages caused by improper flushing. See ‘Enforcement & Fees’ section. Safety and Security • Report any safety concerns immediately. For emergencies call 911. For non urgent issues, message us via the booking platform. Outdoor Security Monitoring • For your safety and the protection of the home, we operate outdoor video cameras, and we receive notifications from these exterior cameras 24/7. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behavior, and allowing unregistered guests onto our property. The cameras are on both the front and back porches, sidewalks, and front and backyards. We have access to recorded footage at all times. Check in and Check out • Check in: 4:00 PM. • Check out: 10:00 AM. • Check out expectations: Please do not strip beds, and please do not start any laundry. Place towels in the shower, load dishwasher, place trash & recycle in outdoor bins, turn off all lights, lock all doors, and message the host if anything is broken or missing. Enforcement & Fees • Violation of house rules may result in additional cleaning fees, repair or replacement charges, or immediate eviction for, but not limited to, any illegal activity, unauthorized parties, unauthorized pets, unauthorized guests, smoking, excessive cleaning needs, or damage to the property. Examples of fees for Smoking cleanup/deodorizing: $250; Party cleanup: $300, any other excessive cleaning or other violation will be determined per occurrence. • If a plumber is required to clear a blockage caused by flushing prohibited items, the guest will be charged the actual plumbing invoice. Emergency or after hours service minimums can apply; basic service costs for this are approximately $500. We will provide photos and receipts. If you dispute a charge, contact us through the booking platform within 48 hours and we will review. • We will document issues with photos and receipts; charges will reflect actual repair costs plus any reasonable labor. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us through the booking platform and we will review and respond promptly. 🐾 House Rules: Pet Policy & Agreement We are happy to welcome your well-behaved dogs! To maintain our home, and comply with our insurance regulations, please adhere to these rules: • Vaccinations & Weight Verification: For the safety of our home and future guests, and to comply with our insurance regulations, proof of current vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper/Parvo) is required. Please provide a vet record that includes the dog’s most recent weight to confirm he/she meets our size requirements. This must be sent via the messaging platform prior to lock code allowance. • Approved Dogs Only: We allow a maximum of two (2) dogs per stay. No cats or other animals are permitted due to severe allergies. • Weight Limits: Each dog must be under 25 lbs.. • Health & Hygiene: All dogs must have received a flea and tick treatment shortly before arrival. • Pet Fees: A fee of $25.00 per dog, per night applies. This is capped at $150.00 per dog for stays up to 14 days. These fees cover the mandatory deep cleaning and sanitization to ensure the home remains allergy-friendly for the next guest. • Pet Deposit: A refundable pet deposit of $300 is required and will be returned post-checkout if no damage is found. • Crate Requirement: Dogs cannot be left unattended in the home unless secured in a crate. We provide two crates for your use. •Furniture & Beds: Dogs are strictly prohibited on any furniture, including all beds, and the leather sofa and loveseat, to prevent damage and stains. • Yard Cleanup: Guests must immediately clean up and dispose of all pet waste from the yard. • Service Animals: Legitimate service animals are welcome at no additional cost or deposit, per ADA and Florida state law.Gestionado por un particular
