Prepare to welcome many guests with these 3 tips!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip 1: high in the list with a filled-in calendar<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you keep the availability calendar up to date, your B&amp;B will appear extra high in the list on Bedandbreakfast.eu.<\/p>\n<p>Did you know that you can easily keep your calendar up to date with your phone? Browse to Bedandbreakfast.eu with your smartphone and click the red icon in the upper right corner to log in. Your reservation requests are conveniently listed underneath each other. Simply click on a reservation request to respond to it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip 2: extra reservations with sunny pictures<\/strong><br \/>\nSunny pictures of your B&amp;B can lead to many extra reservations. Entice guests with pictures of an al fresco breakfast, a sitting area on the terrace, or a barbecue. You can quickly add pictures via the <a href=\"https:\/\/my.bedandbreakfast.eu\/login?from=ownerservice\/pictures&amp;lang=en\">owner service<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip 3: make sure you have at least 5 reviews<\/strong><br \/>\nReviews are crucial to receive reservations. Guests can only write a review on Bedandbreakfast.eu if their stay is listed in the availability calendar. Therefore, be sure to <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.bedandbreakfast.eu\/innkeepers\/2013\/09\/04\/manually-adding-reservations-to-the-availability-calendar\/\">manually add all your \u2018external\u2019 bookings, for example those made by telephone, to the calendar<\/a>.
