Calendars and other information from the various channels are automatically synchronized. Thanks to this synchronization, there\u2019s no need for you to manually update the availability calendars, rates, and restrictions on every separate platform. This will save time, giving you more time for your guests.<\/p>\n<h4>Choose a Channel Manager<\/h4>\n<p>We use the most prominent Channel Managers and are working on expanding our list. If you&#8217;re planning to use a Channel Manager, choose one from the list below. That way, you can be sure that your selected Channel Manager is one that can be linked to Bedandbreakfast.eu.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5starDesk<\/li>\n<li>Beds24<\/li>\n<li>Cloudbeds (MyAllocator)<\/li>\n<li>Check-in Planner<\/li>\n<li>CultSwitch<\/li>\n<li>E4jConnect (VikWP)<\/li>\n<li>Noovy (HotelConnect)<\/li>\n<li>HotelRunner<\/li>\n<li>OctoRate<\/li>\n<li>Reseliva<\/li>\n<li>Roomcloud<\/li>\n<li>RoomRaccoon<\/li>\n<li>STAAH<\/li>\n<li>Stardekk\/Cubilis<\/li>\n<li>Wubook<\/li>\n<li>MyTourist<\/li>\n<li>QloApps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Other options<\/h4>\n<p>There are several organizations which use one of the above-mentioned Channel Managers to create a connection. All you need is a code, i.e. a generated key. This key can be generated using the \u2018Synchronisation Settings\u2019 in the Host&#8217;s Account. Then you can send this key to your Channel Manager by email with a request to link to Bedandbreakfast.eu. Your Channel Manager will make sure that your calendar gets linked.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a class=\"mks_button mks_button_medium rounded\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bedandbreakfast.eu\/en\/manage\/sync-settings\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"color: #FFFFFF; background-color: #e3458c;\" >Generate key<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>Using the Channel Manager for booking requests<\/h4>\n<p>When you receive a booking request via Bedandbreakfast.eu, it reaches us in the form of a \u2018pending request\u2019. The Channel Manager will retrieve this information from us and process it within the system. Depending on which Channel Manager you use, the requested period will immediately be blocked off.<\/p>\n<p>However, your Channel Manager might only block off the period once you\u2019ve changed the status of the request to \u2018Booked\u2019 on Bedandbreakfast.eu. Whether booking request dates without a \u2018Booked\u2019 status are immediately blocked off therefore depends on your Channel Manager. Ask your Channel Manager for further information.<\/p>\n<h4>Synchronization errors<\/h4>\n<p>The link with Bedandbreakfast.eu is always created by the Channel Manager. This Channel Manager controls the link and can view link errors and the reasons for such errors. So, in case of any possible synchronization errors, please contact the Channel Manager. The Channel Manager will, in most cases, be able to resolve the problem. If not, the Channel Manager will send us the error notification so that we can look into the problem.<\/p>\n<h4>Link using iCal<\/h4>\n<p>The Bedandbreakfast.eu calendar can also be linked to other platforms such as Bedandbreakfast.nl, Airbnb and Booking.com.
