B&amp;B-Coach Susan Poole zegt: &#8220;Als je ervoor kiest om personeel aan te nemen, zorg dan dat je die kosten in je budget opneemt. Alleen jij kan beslissen of de hoeveelheid geld die je kunt verdienen, opweegt tegen de hoeveelheid werk die vereist is om deze opbrengst te genereren.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inkomsten uit je B&amp;B<br \/>\n<\/strong>Als je met twee personen van een B&amp;B wilt leven, dan heb je al gauw zes tot acht kamers nodig. Als \u00e9\u00e9n van twee partners er een baan naast heeft, moet je denken aan drie \u00e0 vier kamers. Het eerste jaar haal je waarschijnlijk nog niet zoveel inkomsten uit je B&amp;B, dus zorg voor een financi\u00eble overbrugging.<\/p>\n<p><b>Hoeveel geld moet je verdienen?<br \/>\n<\/b>\u201cNadat je hebt vastgesteld hoeveel geld je nodig zult hebben om je bed &amp; breakfast op te zetten en te runnen, zul je nog steeds geld beschikbaar moeten hebben om je levensstijl vol te kunnen houden\u201d, aldus B&amp;B Coach Susan Poole.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Wil je buiten het hoogseizoen gaan reizen, of je kinderen bijstaan in hun opleidingskosten of bij het kopen van hun huis. Wat kosten je hobbies en sport? Zul je ook nog inkomen hebben uit andere bronnen (bijvoorbeeld een pensioen of een tweede baan?)
