Vond u het moeilijk om het reserveringssysteem onder de knie te krijgen?
\n<\/b>\u201cDat viel best mee. Ik ben niet zo thuis in het hele computergebeuren, maar stapsgewijs ga je er doorheen. Het is absoluut niet moeilijk.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hoe werkt het?
\n<\/b>\u201cMensen doen een aanvraag, die ontvang ik per e-mail. Eerst laat ik weten of de B&B wel of niet vrij is. Ze kunnen dat zelf al zien omdat ik het reserveringssysteem gebruik, maar toch bevestig ik het. Dan wacht ik op akkoord van de gast. Als er akkoord is, kan ik de aanvraag aanpassen in een reservering. E\u00e9n klik en een reservering is definitief. Heel makkelijk. Het\u00a0reserveringssysteem<\/a>\u00a0staat ook op mijn eigen website en dat werkt goed. Telefonische reserveringen voeg ik handmatig toe.\u201d<\/p>\n

Vindt u het belangrijk om de beschikbaarheid van uw B&B bij te houden?
\n<\/b>\u201cJa, ik zou het als gast zelf ook fijn vinden om meteen te weten waar ik aan toe ben. Ik reageer dan ook onmiddellijk op nieuwe aanvragen.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hoe gebruikt u het overzicht van reserveringen in de eigenarenservice van Bedandbreakfast.eu?
\n<\/b>\u201cHet helpt mij om gemakkelijk mijn administratie bij te houden. Ik maak een afdrukje van alle reserveringen, zo heb ik direct alle gegevens bij de hand en deze afdrukken vormen meteen mijn nachtregister.\u201d<\/p>\n

Wat vindt u van de e-mailsjablonen in het reserveringssysteem?
\n<\/b>\u201cIk gebruik niet de standaard e-mailsjablonen om aanvragen te beantwoorden. Ik heb in het reserveringssysteem een persoonlijke e-mail gemaakt met ons logo erboven en dit toegevoegd als e-mailsjabloon. E-mails naar buitenlandse gasten vertaal ik zo goed mogelijk zelf.\u201d<\/p>\n
