Google Plus: je hebt er misschien wel van gehoord. Net als voor de meeste B&B-eigenaren is het waarschijnlijk nog een ver-van-je-bed-show. Toch zijn er redenen om je te verdiepen in Google Plus en een Google+ pagina voor jouw B&B aan te maken.<\/p>\n

Eerst even heel kort: wat is Google+?<\/b>
\nGoogle Plus\u00a0is het sociale netwerk van Google. Daarom wordt het ook wel d\u00e9 concurrent genoemd van Facebook. Net als bij Facebook kun je foto’s, links en posts delen met je vrienden. Je kunt er ook een Google+ pagina aanmaken voor je B&B.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

  1. Bovenaan de zoekresultaten toont Google vaak specifieke gegevens van bedrijven, zoals naam- en adresgegevens en een kaartje van Google Maps erbij. Alleen de bedrijven met een lokale Google+-pagina worden hier getoond. Als iemand in Google zoekt op ‘bed &breakfast + [plaatsnaam]’, dan is het natuurlijk geweldig als jouw B&B wordt getoond! Die kans is veel groter als je een Google+ pagina hebt.<\/li>\n
  2. Je kunt je eigen website koppelen aan de Google+ pagina van je B&B. De link die dan op je Google+ pagina verschijnt, is heel gunstig voor de ranking<\/i> ofwel positie van je website in de zoekresultaten van Google.<\/li>\n
  3. Als je een Google+ pagina maakt, kun je de ‘Plus1-knop’ toevoegen aan je website.\u00a0Iedere keer dat iemand op die knop klikt (en daarmee als het ware een ‘vind-ik-leuk’ geeft, net als bij Facebook), maakt Google jouw site een stukje beter vindbaar!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
