Fanden Sie es schwierig, das Reservierungssystem zu begreifen?
\n<\/b>“Das war \u00fcberhaupt kein Problem. Ich kenne mich mit Computern <\/b>nicht so gut aus, aber man geht Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt durch das Programm. Es ist \u00fcberhaupt nicht schwierig.”<\/p>\n

Wie funktioniert das System?
\n<\/b>“G\u00e4ste senden eine Anfrage, die man als E-Mail erh\u00e4lt. Erst informiere ich sie dar\u00fcber, ob das B&B frei ist oder nicht. Sie k\u00f6nnen das auch selbst sehen, da ich das Reservierungssystem nutze, aber ich best\u00e4tige es trotzdem. Dann warte ich auf die Antwort des Gastes. Wenn er einverstanden ist, kann ich die Anfrage in eine Reservierung umwandeln. Ein Klick, und die Reservierung ist definitiv. Ganz einfach. Das Reservierungssystem<\/a> steht auch auf meiner eigenen Webseite, und das funktioniert gut. Telefonische Anfragen gebe ich manuell ein.”<\/p>\n

Finden Sie es wichtig, die Verf\u00fcgbarkeit Ihres B&Bs aktuell zu halten?
\n<\/b>“Ja, ich w\u00fcrde es als Gast selbst auch gut finden, wenn ich sofort wei\u00df, woran ich bin. Ich reagiere daher auch sofort auf neue Anfragen.”<\/p>\n

Wie verwenden Sie die Reservierungs\u00fcbersicht im Inhaberservice?
\n<\/b>“Es macht es mir einfach, meine Administration beizuhalten. Ich drucke alle Reservierungen aus; so habe ich alle Daten sofort bei der Hand, und die Ausdrucke sind gleichzeitig mein G\u00e4steregister.”<\/p>\n

Wie finden Sie die E-Mail-Vorlagen im Reservierungssystem?
\n<\/b>“Ich verwende keine Standard E-Mail-Vorlagen, um Anfragen zu beantworten. Ich habe im Reservierungssystem eine pers\u00f6nliche E-Mail mit unserem Logo entworfen und diese als Vorlage hinzugef\u00fcgt. E-Mails an ausl\u00e4ndische G\u00e4ste \u00fcbersetze ich so gut es geht selbst.”<\/p>\n
