Recent reviews about your bed & breakfast are important to draw guests. To enable reviews on, it is necessary that you fill in the availability calendar in the owner service. wants to prevent people from placing reviews about bed & breakfasts they haven’t visited. Therefore we only send out an invitation to write a review when we are certain that the guest has visited your B&B.  In order to do so, we need you to finalize the reservation in the reservation system and the availability calendar.

This is how you finalize a reservation
You can read how to finalize a reservation step by step in the ‘Quick guide: changing the status of a reservation request’. When you give the ‘Reservation’ status to a request, your guest will automatically receive an invitation to write a review, on the day they return home. Reservations are automatically placed in your availability calendar.
