Children and extra beds
Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.
PetsPets are not allowed.

Please note that 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged upon booking. Please note that Booking.com does not take any payments. Payments are to be made to the property directly. The property will be in touch after booking to arrange payment.
Please note that guests will receive a security deposit form, prior to arrival. The form needs to be signed and returned to the property with credit card details as the property requires a refundable AUD 500 bond prior to arrival to cover any incidental charges, damage to the property or excessive cleaning fees. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation within 30 days of check out. If a credit card is not available, the property will accept a deposit via bank transfer/cheque. If the deposit is in the form of cash or cheque, this will be paid back, less any charges, to the holiday tenant within 30 days of departure by way of cheque.
Please note that the apartment is accessed via stairs only. There is no lift available. Please make sure that all children are supervised when using the stairs.
Please note that keys can be collected any time after 14:00 on the day of arrival and the property must be vacated no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. Upon departure, keys must be returned to the office before 10:00 or you may incur a late check-out fee.
First National Real Estate Yamba office is open from 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00-13:00 on Saturdays. In order to collect keys outside of these times, please bring your confirmation letter with you, sent via email by the property, with the key safe code printed on it. Keys will be left in the key safe at the front of the office for you to collect. Under no circumstances will keys be left out without the full accommodation being paid and a security deposit held.
At time of booking, you will nominate the maximum number of people that will occupy the property. This number of guests should not exceed the maximum number of occupants per apartment at any given time. If the number exceeds the number accepted at time of booking, the property will cancel the booking and no refund will be given.
Linen is provided. Linen is required to be used on all beds used throughout your stay. Should the cleaner reasonably believe that linen was not used, guests will be responsible for the cost of laundering all bedding.
Items left at premises will not be automatically returned. The property will hold the items for a maximum of 2 weeks and then pass them onto a local charity. Items will be returned only upon receipt of credit card details for postage and packaging plus a $25 handling fee.
Unless otherwise specifically stated, pets are not permitted upon the property. If the property is pet friendly guests will be responsible for any cleaning associated with pets.
Guests locked out of premises outside working hours or who require the property to deliver keys to them during working hours must pay an $80 fee. This can be taken from your security deposit. If a locksmith is required, the tenant will be responsible for the payment of the locksmiths account.
Any and all damages to the property, common areas or fixtures and fittings of the property must be reported to the property immediately and paid for.
Guests will be charged a fee if any additional cleaning, above the standard cleaning requirements is needed after departure.
Barbecues must be left in a clean and tidy state ready to be used by the next tenant. A $50 fee applies if you leave the Barbecue dirty.
Please note that guests are to make no excessive noise between 21:00 and 07:00.
Please note that this property is strictly non-smoking indoors. If evidence of smoking is found in the rooms, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Office 1 at 19-21 Coldstream Street,, 2464 Yamba. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform The Sands 51 – A Beach Escape in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
