All reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Full payment is due 30 days before arrival date.
Reservations made up to 30 days before arrival must be paid in full at time of booking.
In the event that a cancellation is requested at least 30 days prior to arrival, the property will attempt to re-book the accommodations, fishing boats, or any additional rental equipment. If re-booking is successful, the property will either refund the deposit or apply it to a future stay at the preference of the guest.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded only for taxes paid in advance. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Monti Bay Lodge & Resort in advance of your expected arrival time.
