Please note, check-in begins at 15:00. Office hours are from 11:00 until 21:30. Check-ins outside of those hours must be approved by the manager, no less than 24 hours prior to check-in. Late check-ins are subject to a fee of USD 10.
Group reservations (5 guests and more) will be charged 15% non-refundable deposit one week prior to arrival.
Any cancellation of the day of Check-in will be charged the 50% to 100% of the entire rate due (over all days) for groups. Group reservations policies vary and are listed on our website, but require at least 1 week cancellation to receive a 100% refund. If cancelled less than 1 week prior to arrival the 15% deposit would be lost, and the groups would be subject to additional charges. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform DC Lofty in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
